Providing fabricated educational degrees, forged employment certificates, or false salary records constitutes an actionable legal breach and grounds for immediate profile blacklisting.

5. Third-Party Disclosures & Sharing

11. Age Eligibility & Protection of Minors

The services, career portals, and training programs provided by KCS are exclusively tailored for individuals who have achieved the age of legal majority (18 years and above). KCS does not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal data from minors. Any candidate profile discovered to pertain to an individual under 18 years of age without explicit parental/guardian statutory documentation will be promptly purged from our databases.
